Instrument Repair Policies
- Our standard turnaround time is 6-8 weeks, though we often complete repairs sooner.
- Please bring all accessories that came with your item, such as power supplies, sustain pedals, and cables.
- If your item is under warranty, bring the original receipt for verification; we’ll handle the claim with the manufacturer.
- Due to insurance restrictions, we no longer provide in-home service or pickup/return, but we can assist with unloading and loading in our parking lot.
- Repairs come with a 90-day guarantee from the repair date.
