Instrument Repair Policies and Information
- Our turnaround times are generally about 6 – 8 weeks. We do everything we can to finish sooner.
- Please bring in any accessories that come with the item like the power supply, sustain pedal, instrument cable, etc.
- If your repair item is under warranty, please bring the original purchase receipt for verification. We will process the claim and confirm with the manufacturer that the item is still under warranty.
- Due to insurance restrictions, we no longer do in-home service, nor do we offer services to pick up and return your item that needs repair. As long as you can get to our parking lot, we can help you unload and repair your item.
- Our repairs are guaranteed for 90 days from the repair date.
